Initiation
First, we will immerse ourselves in understanding your processes, the current experience of employees and customers as well as previous strategic objectives. We will validate the project plan and governance processes with you.
Current State Analysis
We will conduct a current state landscape analysis, including a review of the system, benchmarks, promising practices, as well as an operational analysis. The results of this analysis will be key in shaping our approach and provide a critical lens to stakeholder consultations and conversations that are informed by realities and feasible options.
Engage, Collaborate, Co-Create
Through facilitated discussions and the use of a variety of stakeholder engagement modalities, we will engage with a broad range of stakeholder groups to expand our understanding of the options we co-develop.
Design & Build
During the build and test phase, our team will conduct feedback analysis using all of the data gathered and share well as a final report to review with you.
