At Ryelle Strategy Group, we are committed to continually expanding our knowledge, capacity and practices to ensure equity, diversity and inclusion are foundational to everything we do. We are dedicated to continuing to build our knowledge and understanding of the experiences of the First Nations, Métis and Inuit peoples across our nation.

Ryelle Strategy Group operates within the Regional Municipality of Peel, which is part of the Treaty Lands and Territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit. We are grateful for the opportunity to continue to live, work and play on the lands that have been occupied, and cared for, by the Anishinabek, Huron-Wendat, Haudenosaunee and Ojibway/Chippewa peoples.

Focus on Corporate Social Responsibility

Corporate social responsibility is a key tenet of Ryelle Strategy Group. Just as we support our clients in developing, implementing and executing corporate social responsibility strategies, charters and initiatives, we seek to embody these values in our own work.

Supporting at-risk youth and the development of young leaders in the community in which we live is the central focus of our corporate responsibility strategy. From the beginning, we have been committed to doing our part to Build the Future through our social responsibility investments. Ryelle Strategy Group believes that by investing in our youth today that they will become the leaders of tomorrow.

Ryelle has been working diligently to weave social impact into the fabric of our business and to build a corporate social responsibility program that will have long-lasting impacts for some of the most vulnerable in our community. Our two-pronged strategy is intended to raise much-needed funds for local social service organizations and to bring awareness to the issues that at-risk youth are experiencing every day.

We have partnered with organizations like Peel Children’s Aid Foundation and United Way to drive our social responsibility strategy forward. Through connection, collaboration and co-creation, we have worked together to execute engaging experiences centered around fundraising and education. We have hosted events in the past like All in For Youth, which fostered opportunities for networking with subject matter experts while raising money for at-risk youth.

Event Spotlight — Building the Future: Connecting Leaders of Today and Tomorrow (Virtual), October 2020

In October 2020, Ryelle hosted Building the Future: Connecting Leaders of Today and Tomorrow, a virtual event designed to foster connection opportunities for leaders of all levels and sectors and increase awareness and raise funds for at-risk youth.

The goal of this event was to create opportunities for new professionals and seasoned professionals to connect and collaborate with one another while raising funds for Peel Children’s Aid Foundation. It featured inspirational keynote speeches from industry leaders such as Ryelle Strategy Group Owner and Managing Director Carol Kotacka. Attendees engaged in breakout sessions to ask burning questions, share information and build relationships, and learned about the impact of support for Peel Children’s Aid Foundation.
