As part of a broader digital-health modernization initiative, a provincial health authority launched a pilot program to embed digital tools that would strengthen clinical decision-making and accelerate the adoption of quality standards in acute care. But with fragmented systems and varying levels of readiness across hospitals, the success of the initiative depended not only on technology, but also on effective change management and strong clinician engagement.

Our team was brought in to lead the change management strategy for the pilot across participating sites. The approach centered on building internal capacity and cultural readiness to support long-term adoption of digital tools and standardized best practices.
