Our Founder and CEO Carol Kotacka has spent her career driving strategic outcomes in manufacturing plants, emergency departments and boardrooms all over North America, Europe and, most recently, the Middle East. Through these multi-sectoral experiences, sheʼs had the privilege of working with some of the best leaders, advocates and old school sales types in their fields. The biggest learning she took from these interactions is that the brilliant, transformational ideas a company needs almost always already exist in the organization. The common theme across sectors from mining to government to child-care is that organizations are keenly aware of what they need to do to change / evolve / thrive; they simply donʼt have the hands/budget/capacity to do it. The commitment and consistency necessary to drive outcomes and R.O.I. often isnʼt possible.
